1. Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old. One account per person.
2. What the app is
The app is a casual mining simulation game. “Mining” is a game mechanic: the app does not mine cryptocurrency, does not use your device’s processor for mining, and is not affiliated with Tether, the Bitcoin project or any exchange.
3. BUSDT points
- BUSDT are virtual in-game points with no monetary value.
- They cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, exchanged for money, cryptocurrency or goods, or transferred to anyone.
- You have a limited licence to use them inside the game only; you do not own them.
- We may change how points are earned, adjust balances to correct errors or abuse, or reset the economy.
4. Mini-games
The reward wheel and coin flip are for entertainment only and use points with no cash value. Odds are shown in the app. Nothing in the app is real-money gambling.
5. Videos and ads
Some features are unlocked by watching an optional video ad. Rewards are given only when the video is completed. The app also shows banner and occasional full-screen ads.
6. Fair play
Do not use bots, scripts, emulators to farm rewards, multiple accounts, fake invites, or exploit bugs. We may remove points, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
7. Your account
Keep your password safe. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account or on our account deletion page.
8. Availability and changes
The app is provided “as is”. We may change, pause or end features or the app at any time. We are not liable for loss of points, progress or data, or for indirect damages, to the extent the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of .
